Personal Coaching

Dear Nonalcoholic,

If you feel you could benefit from talking to an expert in alcoholic relationships, I am available for individualized Tele-Coaching to help you better understand and resolve your situation.

Over the past 6 years, I've literally spent hundreds of hours coaching dozens of individuals without charge. Unfortunately, I can no longer afford to do free coaching as my time is divided into many pursuits. As much as I would like to continue doing free coaching, it takes away from my ability to earn a living. However, I am available to coach and advise for a nominal fee of $75. This includes a one hour initial coaching session followed by a half-hour follow up session. Additional hours can also be purchased and should be considered as it often takes a few sessions to get things worked out. But you can always start with just one.

I am committed to helping people resolve alcoholic relationships, therefore, I strongly recommend reading my book, "Alcoholic Relationship Survival Guide." However, at times, some people prefer to discuss their especially difficult situations with a real live human being who can understand and offer sound advice. Others have left an alcoholic relationship but are now in need of coaching that is focused on how to rebuild their lives. It is with these folks in mind that I offer my coaching services.

My aim is to keep the need for paid coaching to an absolute minimum out of respect for you and your resources.

WHAT IS COACHING? WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

Personal Coaching is a method of helping you to see your situation in a more focused and organized manner. Coaching will allow you an opportunity to express your feelings and receive validation that you are not alone in your plight. It will help you to embrace healthier ways of thinking and responding to difficult situations. Coaching will help you to define and implement an effective plan of action to resolve your alcoholic relationship. You will receive the benefit of consulting with a person who has successfully weathered an alcoholic relationship and now enjoys the healthiest of relationships.

I always handle our sessions with the utmost respect for you as a human being, however, I will not refrain from asking difficult questions if necessary. My goal is to help you to get on to a happy life full of healthy and happy relationships in the least amount of time possible.

All coaching sessions are held in strict confidence. Your identity, personal information, session details, and the fact that I am coaching you will never be divulged to anyone else for any reason.

HOW TO GET COACHING 

If you feel you could benefit from my coaching, please follow these instructions:

1. Purchase and read my book, "Alcoholic Relationship Survival Guide" ($10 / $22) as well as purchase and listen to Candid Conversations ($12) first (mandatory).

2. Download and complete the coaching packet you will receive upon payment. This packet must be completed prior to our first coaching session.

3. I will contact you via email to set up a mutually convenient time for our initial coaching session. All coaching sessions are conducted via the telephone. I can call you if long-distance is an issue as long as you are in the US or Canada.

4. We will work together to help you better understand your situation in a rational manner and outline a detailed plan of action to resolve your situation.

5. After a certain period of time (usually 1 or 2 weeks), we will do your follow up session to gage your progress and modify and/or adjust your plan of action, if necessary.

6. You may order additional coaching sessions as the need requires.

Remember, I am here to help you all I can, but it all starts and stops with you personally. I cannot make your decisions for you, but I can give you the benefit of my experience which will help you to make wise decisions.
